- All rates are subject to a 17.7% service charge, VAT, and provincial tax per room, per night.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. For credit card guarantees, the hotel requires the following written information: the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card, the card number, and the expiry date.
- Full prepayment of room charges is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Payment for any additional services will be settled upon check-out. You will be charged in local currency. The credit card used for payment must be presented upon arrival. If the name on the credit card does not match the ID card or passport, a new payment will be required, and the original amount will be refunded.
